OTSEGO, MI -- Otsego will be the home to a new Culver's restaurant by early summer.
The Otsego Township board approved a site plan for the new Culver's last month at 1316 M-89, near McPhearson Plastics.
Chris Stoughton, one of the owners of RCL Holdings, which is developing the site said the hope is to open by late June or early July, depending when construction can begin.
