Opening a second pub and restaurant near downtown Grand Rapids does not mean the New Holland Brewing Co. is abandoning its roots.
The planned pub and restaurant will not replace the downtown Holland location and what is referred to as the "worldwide headquarters" will remain in the offices above that site, said Dave White, who was the first employee of the company and is now a partner and refers to himself as the "Director of Chaos."
