CASCADE TOWNSHIP, MI -- One need only visit Pit Stop Catering's Facebook pageto get a sense for the business Matt Smith's new barbecue counter is doing.

On Friday, April 17 at 3 p.m., Smith, the gregarious barbecue evangelist, wrote: "out of brisket, out of pork, out of chicken, almost out of sausage... we have plenty of our sides left and at about 4:30 p.m. we'll have about 40 pounds of rib tips available."
