The month of June marks the Eat (Red) and Drink (Red) campaign. Every facet of the culinary world — including three-star restaurants, food trucks, food media, brands, and personalities — unites to raise money and turn the spotlight on AIDS. Throughout the month of June, Richard Sandoval’s restaurants — Masa 14, El Centro, Zengo and Toro Toro — will feature a Red cocktail, with a percentage of the price going to the campaign.
