Who won at last night’s Rammy Awards, D.C.’s annual restaurant prom

On Sunday night, the Washington area's restaurant glitterati -- plus schlubs like us stumbling around in high heels -- gathered at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the annual Rammy Awards. Every year, the Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington gathers to honor its member restaurants and chefs (non-members are ineligible for the awards) with the winners chosen by an anonymous volunteer panel. The public, to the tune of about 6,000 people, also cast its vote in four categories.
