A new culinary arts program has launched this fall at Rolla Technical Center/Rolla Technical Institute.
According to the Rolla Public Schools communication department, culinary arts students will spend two years in the classroom mastering fundamental management and culinary skills needed for success.
Students will be trained on industry-specific methods that can be used in all aspects of the restaurant and food service industry.
In addition to culinary expertise, the culinary arts program teaches students the skills necessary for restaurant management.
