Samantha Cook and Adam Boisclair sat at Logboat Brewery eating tacos al Pastor last Tuesday at the bar. “These are my favorites,” Cook said. “That ‘sweet-meets-spicy’ is so good.”
Logboat Brewery, 504 Fay St., had a full boat for Taco Tuesday. Patrons ordered craft beers, cocktails and Boss Tacos, courtesy of Lindsey Spratt’s catering business Boss Tacos. Spratt, 36, launched Boss Tacos last November. Logboat served as the launching dock, so to speak. Bartender Josh Bowles has noticed that business picks up on Taco Tuesdays, and the 120 tacos Spratt brings each week sell out.
