Larry Cothran and Eric Mosley, business partners from Euharlee, are bringing Bonez & Gristles, a barbecue restaurant to 1517 Dean Ave. in Rome, the former home of Big Bear BBQ.
“We loved the location and we believe our food changes lives,” Cothran said. “We’re coming to Rome to change some lives.”
