D.C. falafel chain inks multi-unit deal for Philadelphia

A Washington, D.C.-based falafel franchise has signed a multi-unit deal for the Philadelphia region.

“The restaurant scene is hot in Philly right now,” said Arianne Bennet, founder ofAmsterdam Falafelshop. “There is great foot traffic, too.”
