The corners of Second Avenue and Hosea Williams Drive in East Lake will soon be home to new restaurant concepts from the owners of Fellini’s Pizza and La Fonda Latina.
The East Lake Foundation and CF Foundation Inc. reported Fellini’s and La Fonda ownersMike Nelson and Clay Harper with partners Jay Martin and Nathan Bolster bought the land at the four corners and plan “multiple restaurant concepts’ on the sites. This includes converting an old gas station on the northwest corner into The Greater Good BBQ, a fast-casual family-friendly restaurant. On the Southeast corner, the restaurateurs will modify an existing building for two new restaurant concepts with outdoor seating and later add a third new small restaurant.
