Interview with the Chef: Michael Wright of Macon's HotPlates Restaurant Group

Chef Michael Wright is no stranger to the hospitality industry. Starting at a young age, Wright helped his parents with their produce company in Algonac, Michigan, by delivering goods to local restaurants and grocery stores. At age 13 he started working at one of the local restaurants as a dish washer. In just one short year, he was promoted to a cook.
