Many hands make great food at high school’s Edu@work Café

Everything was in full swing for the mid-day class of culinary students at Taos High School. Half of the students filled the restaurant while talking through the decisions of which items to put on the menu for the coming year. The other half of the students were moving about the kitchen, chopping leeks and mincing garlic, washing dishes and their chefs’ jackets
