Colorado's economy is improving, and the restaurant industry is moving right along with it. The latest numbers from the National Restaurant Association show Colorado is adding food service jobs at a faster pace than any other state in the nation this year. That amounts to nearly 13-thousand positions for a better than six-percent increase so far for the year. It's being attributed to new restaurants opening, as well as more people going out to eat. Busier restaurants usually mean more staffing needs. Oklahoma was the next highest at five-point-six-percent.
