Pallantia Tapas y Paella will be opening on Ivy Street in Shadyside in what had been Village Pizza the first week of May.
Gonzalo Cembrero is the restaurateur, the same owner of the Greensburg tapas restaurant that closed last June.
Mr. Cembrero, originally from Palencia in northwest Spain, named the restaurant after the region, deciding on the Latin-based spelling, a reference to the pre-Roman era.
