The Foundry opens: Woodfire grill is the only one of its kind in PA

The Foundry will begin accepting reservations on May 12 for lunch and dinner. Occupying the third floor of the Farmer's Market at 35 South 8th Street in the space vacated by Niko's, The Foundry describes itself as a craft grillery, highlighting the handmade wood-fueled grill that imparts unique flavors to the food.
