Abdiel joined Red Lobster nine years ago. The restaurant he currently works at boasts one of the highest taste scores – a score that measures guest satisfaction – of the entire company, no doubt because of Abdiel’s commitment and hard work to his restaurant.
Just ask his General Manager Ben Benallal who said, “Abdiel is a culinary professional who demonstrates the passion to learn all aspects of the restaurant. In fact, Abdiel offers our restaurant and his fellow team members his full availability, giving 100 percent and is always happy to fill in or cover shifts whenever he is needed.”
One of Abdiel’s keys to success is that he is inspired by people. "I've always been a people person and I always love to share knowledge with others. Especially as a trainer, I have the privilege of working with so many different people from different cultures and races, while all having the same goal in mind - working hard to bring our Core Values to life. Being able to see all of these different people practicing and learning has inspired me and showed me that we truly are One Red Lobster."
